From family obligations, to travel, to too many gifts, the holidays can become a chore. Simplify the Season is a workshop that will help you create the holiday season you've been missing... a holiday season that leaves you relaxed and joyous, instead of tired and stressed. This workshop is based on your values, priorities, and wishes.

We'll discuss:

  • Identifying your true values and priorities for the holidays
  • What DO you DO for the holidays!
  • The elements of the holiday season that can be problematic: gift-giving, family issues, obligations, expectations, traveling, conflict, communication and problem behaviors.
  • Identifying what distracts you from your values and priorities, and trouble-shooting what gets in the way of your goals.

This is a fun, relaxed workshop filled with great information. The workshop includes presentation and discussion, and there is time built in for Q & A.

Thanks to generous sponsorship by the Austin Center for Inquiry, this workshop is free.

Childcare:

Childcare is available onsite. Suggested donation $5 per child. Please email Clare at cwuellner@centerforinquiry.net by 11/6 to reserve your spot.
